Momiji Manju

At Momijido, we have believed for generations that "the essence of momiji manju lies in the castella cake batter." The eggs we use are premium brown eggs laid by the purebred Japan chicken "Momiji" breed. These are momiji manju with a rich castella flavor.
Age Momiji Kit

You can make "Age Momiji" at home, too. This kit contains Momijido's momiji manju, a special frying batter mix, and bamboo skewers, allowing you to recreate the same results as at the shop. There are eight pieces, one for each of the eight flavors including strained bean paste.
