Miyajima's famous "momiji manju" cakes are available in a wide variety of flavors. We also offer "Toyoka," whose addictively chewy texture has made it even more popular than momiji manju.

This assortment consists of five of the most popular flavors of classic momiji manju. (Strained bean paste, coarsely-mashed bean paste, matcha bean paste, cream, and chocolate)
Toyoka

In pursuit of a chewy texture, we arrived at the ultimate flavor after countless rounds of trial and error. The exquisitely blended red bean paste is a carefully crafted specialty.
Mochi Marron

This is made with the same chewy dough as the popular Toyoka. It pairs perfectly with the chestnut paste that contains diced chestnuts for a delightful texture.
