From our traditional Momiji Manju we have been making for over 100 years since our founding in 1925, to our Awasetsuka confections made with Hiroshima's specialty lemons and Western-style sweets from COCONCA, we offer a range of products that showcase the charms of Hiroshima with local ingredients, local sake, and meticulous attention to quality.

Momiji Manju

Red beans grown in Hokkaido are used to create a smooth, lavender-hued strained bean paste, which is then combined with a fluffy castella cake. Please savor the taste of Fujiiya that we have preserved since our founding.
Awasetsuka (Fluffy Snow Flower)

Crisp, fluffy, and jiggly, this confection offers an unprecedented and surprising texture that will delight all five senses. We used juice from lemons grown in Hiroshima Prefecture for the lemon jelly, and both the juice and peel in the fluffy marshmallows that sandwich it.

Strained bean paste and coarsely-mashed bean paste are sandwiched between sablé cookies. The caramel serves as an accent that harmonizes the sweet bean paste and the sablé cookies.
