Concept Shop "Conveying the Charm of Hiroshima to the Fullest"

This shop was formed through a collaboration between the COCONCA brand, which provides "momiji-manju" cakes which represent Hiroshima and other modern-day Japanese sweets that break down the boundaries between Japanese and Western styles, and corporations that work to convey the charm of Hiroshima such as Kakuichi Yokocho, which attracts customers with local ingredients and specialty products.

Momiji-Manju Cakes, Strained Bean Paste (8 pcs.)

The elegant flavor of the light-purple strained bean paste makes this product one of Fujiiya's classics. It is well-balanced with the soft castella dough, which uses plenty of eggs.
an-sablé (8 pcs.)

This is a Western-styled monaka sweet, made by sandwiching light-purple strained bean paste, which is made by peeling the skins from red beans before cooking them, and coarsely-mashed bean paste, which keeps the pleasant texture of the skins, between two sablé cookies.
Awasetsuka (fluffy snow flower) (4 pcs.)

It starts off with a surprising, crunchy texture. Then, it melts like soft, fluffy snow. Last, you experience the refreshing fruit fragrance of the jelly.
