Hands-Free Travel Service

Use this service for same-day delivery of your luggage (suitcases and hand luggage) from Hiroshima Airport to eligible hotels in Hiroshima City and other locations.

Notes

* Reservations are not available. Please come directly to the reception counter on the day you desire to use the service.
* Reception may close even during business hours if the weight limit of the delivery vehicle has been reached.
* Delivery times vary depending on the flights, traffic conditions, and other factors on that day.
* The demonstration testing period of this service is from Feb. 4 (Wed.), 2025 to July 31 (Thurs.), 2025.
